Ingredients

  • 8-10 Slices of Bacon
  • 8 OZ Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Mayo
  • 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Jalapeños Diced
  • 12 OZ Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 12 OZ Monterey or Pepper Jack Cheese Shredded
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • 1 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Onion Powder
  • Fresh Chives or Green Onion For Garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Place your bacon on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Place bacon in the oven and cook 15-20 minutes or until slightly crisp. If using the stove, place on a non stick skillet over medium high heat. Cook in batches until crispy or about 8 minutes. Drain on a paper towel lined plate and then chop into bits.
  • In a large bowl, add your cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, your seasoning, most of the jalapeños, most of the bacon, and 8 oz of each of the cheeses. Transfer the mixture to a small oven safe skillet or baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top, cooked bacon, and jalapeños.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F until the dip is golden and bubbly. This should take 15-20 minutes. You can broil the last few minutes to get the cheese more golden. Slice a baguette while the dip is baking and toast in the oven until golden and crisp. Garnish the dip with fresh chives or green onions and serve with the baguettes or tortilla chips. SERVE AND ENJOY!
