- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 3 TBSP Un-Salted Butter Melted
- 2 TBSP Bailey's
- 1 TSP Cinammon
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 TSP Kosher Salt
- 4 Cups Croissants 1-2 Days Old
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, whisk together your eggs, then add the milk, sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, bourbon (optional), cinnamon, vanilla, and salt, and whisk everything until well combined. Add your bread cubes to a parchment-lined (optional) baking dish and slowly pour the mixture over the bread in the prepared baking dish and let sit for at least 1 hour up to overnight.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and puffy. Use a toothpick to check the center and make sure not is set. You want the toothpick to come out clean. Remove from oven and let sit for at least 10 minutes. Slice and serve warm with vanilla ice cream
