Ingredients

  • 8-10 LB Bone In Ham Spiral Sliced
  • 1 Can Pineapple Slices
  • 1 Jar Maraschino Cherries

For The Glaze

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar Light or Dark
  • 1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 TBSP Seasoned Salt
  • 1 TSP Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 TSP Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper
  • 1 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TSP Onion Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°.
  • In a small bowl, combine your ingredients for the glaze. Taste to see if you want to adjust to make sweeter or more savory.
  • Place your ham, flat side down, in a large roasting pan or baking dish. Rub 3/4 of your glaze all over your ham. Be sure to coat the ham completely.
  • Using toothpicks to secure, place a pineapple slice on the ham with a cherry in the center and secure on the ham. Place pineapple slices and cherries all around the ham.
  • Cover loosely with aluminum foil and place in the oven for up to 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and brush with remaining glaze all over ham and bake for another 30-45 minutes, being sure to baste occasionally every 10 minutes or so.
  • Turn the heat up to 425F and allow glaze to caramelize and ham reaches safe cook temp. (145F) Remove and brush with pan drippings. Glaze once more, slice and serve.
