Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Turkey Wings Whole
  • 6 OZ Marinade Preferably Tony's or Louisiana Marinade
  • 2 TSP Avocado Oil
  • 1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 TSP Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 TSP Smoked Paprika
  • 2 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Prep large pot or deep fryer with vegetable/canola oil and heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Rinse and pat dry turkey wings.
  • Add turkey wings to a large bowl and coat with avocado oil and spice blend. Mix to ensure all wings are completely coated.
  • Using your flavor injector, inject wings with about 1 oz of marinade. Place in fridge for at least 1 hour. Remove from fridge and coat with cornstarch.
  • Drop turkey wings in frying oil and fry for 12-15 min or until golden brown and fully cooked through. Turkey wings should reach an internal temp of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place on paper towel lined sheet or sheet tray with backing rack to drain excess grease.
