Fried Turkey Wings
Enjoy crispy, flavorful Fried Turkey Wings with a savory marinade, seasoned to perfection, and fried to golden brown perfection.
What will I need for this recipe?
Turkey Wings – Turkey wings provide a meaty, tender base for frying, offering a satisfying texture and flavor that absorbs seasonings beautifully.
Marinade – The marinade infuses the wings with rich, bold flavors, keeping the meat juicy and enhancing the overall taste of the dish.
Avocado Oil – Avocado oil helps coat the wings evenly, providing a high smoke point for frying while adding a mild, healthy fat.
Worcestershire Sauce – Worcestershire sauce adds a tangy depth and umami richness, balancing the flavors and enhancing the savory taste of the wings
Seasoning – For this recipe I use cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, & black pepper.
Cornstarch – Cornstarch helps create a crispy, crunchy coating when frying the wings, ensuring a golden brown texture and sealed-in moisture.

Yes, feel free to use any marinade you prefer, but Tony’s or Louisiana adds a great Cajun flavor.

Coating the wings with cornstarch before frying helps create a crispy texture. Also, frying at 350°F ensures they cook evenly.
Can I bake the turkey wings instead of frying them?
For a healthier alternative, bake the wings at 400°F for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through to crisp them.
