  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Onion, diced
  • 1/4 Green Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil

For The sliders

  • Kings Hawaiian Dinner Rolls or dinner rolls of choice
  • Rao's Marinara Sauce or marinara sauce of choice
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F°
  • In a large bowl, place ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan, peppers, onions, parsley, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Roll 1 inch sized meatballs and place them on a plate or sheet tray. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add your avocado oil. Next, add your meatballs and sear on each side for 5-6 minutes. 5 minutes after first flip, add butter and shake around in skillet to baste all meatballs.

  • Bake 12-15 minutes until cheese is fully melted and bread is lightly toasted. Remove and ENJOY!
